  • Either the member or the member’s representative must be present to receive the awards at the agreed date and time. The member or representative is required to sign an acknowledgement slip upon receipt of awards.
  • Award includes a one-off delivery within specific area (excluding PO Box addresses, outlying islands and restricted areas). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations.
  • Members must provide a valid contact phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information or the member not being present at the agreed delivery time, Service/Product provider will charge the member a re-delivery fee.
  • The consignee is required to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination.
  • After the shipment of a package, the member has 60 days to place a claim with the Service/Product Provider or Delivery House if they do not receive their item. Following this claim, an investigation will be made and a new product will be sent after the investigation is completed. After the 60 days have elapsed, the member will no longer be able to place a claim for a lost item.
  • Delivery Service:

    1) If the customer has placed an order, the company will contact the customer within 3 working days to make an appointment for delivery.

    2) Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above/ black rainstorm signal is hoisted. If the typhoon signal No.8 or above is cancelled, delivery service will be arranged on other day; if the black rainstorm signal is cancelled, the delivery service will be rescheduled by contacting customer.

    3) We shall not liable for any delay or failure in delivering the product(s) caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes beyond our scope of control.

    4) If you need to make any amendments to your order (such as delivery date, delivery time session or adding items, etc.), please inform us at least 3 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays) in advance of the prior agreed date and time of delivery.

    5) If you are unable to collect your products within 30 days after the order confirmation; or you have not provided us sufficient or precise instructions for delivery, under the circumstances of not affecting any rights or indemnity and at our discretion, we may:
    a) Keep the related products until the actual delivery date, and charge you a reasonable storage fee (including any insurance fee incurred); or
    b) Cancel your order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the products; or
    c) Dispose of the unclaimed product in any way without any obligation or liability to you.

    6) Excluded items:
    a) Dismantling of water pipe, gas pipe or electric wire
    b) Move or dismantle anything in customer's residence
    c) Products too large to be moved into / out from customer's residence

    7) Delivery is from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00. (No installation on SUN and P.H.), Schedule of Delivery as below:
    a) Hong Kong Island: Every Mon / Wed / Fri
    b) East Kowloon: Every Mon / Wed / Fri
    c) West Kowloon: Every Tue / Thu / Sat
    d) New Territories: Every Tue / Thu / Sat
    e) Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay: Every Sat
    *There is no designated time.
    *There is no delivery to Islands district and restricted areas.

    8) Additional Fee (To transport staff):
    a) Discovery Bay: HK$220
    b) Kwun Yam Garden (Shatin), Mid-levels Maguigen Gap Road, Mount Austin Road: HK$200

      2) 7-day replacement guarantee: the company can guarantee replacement if the product is found to be malfunctioning or fails to operate normally within 7 days of delivery, and it is verified by the agent’s technicians. The replacement product must be returned together with the complete package, accessories, manual and the unfilled warranty card.
      3) The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products with human damage, scratches and liquid damage.
      4) The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products that have been repaired
      5) The replacement criteria for TV / screen dead or bright spots is more than 5 points, and must be verified by the agent's technicians.
      6) The serial number of the product and the receipt must be the same if customer want to enjoy the warranty or replacement service.
      7) The warranty is provided by Samsung Hong Kong, please keep the receipt.
      8) The company reserves all rights.
