  • Award includes a one-off delivery within specific area (excluding PO Box addresses, outlying islands and restricted areas). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations.
  • Members must provide a valid contact phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information or the member not being present at the agreed delivery time, Service/Product provider will charge the member a re-delivery fee.
  • The consignee is required to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination.
  • After the shipment of a package, the member has 60 days to place a claim with the Service/Product Provider or Delivery House if they do not receive their item. Following this claim, an investigation will be made and a new product will be sent after the investigation is completed. After the 60 days have elapsed, the member will no longer be able to place a claim for a lost item.
  • Delivery Service:

    1)If the customer has placed an order, the company will contact the customer within 3 working days to make an appointment for delivery.

    2)Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above/ black rainstorm signal is hoisted. If the typhoon signal No.8 or above is cancelled, delivery service will be arranged on other day; if the black rainstorm signal is cancelled, the delivery service will be rescheduled by contacting costumer

    3)We shall not liable for any delay or failure in delivering the product(s) caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes beyond our scope of control.

    4)If you need to make any amendments to your order (such as delivery date, delivery time session or adding items, etc.), please inform us at least 3 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays) in advance of the prior agreed date and time of delivery.

    5)If you are unable to collect your products within 30 days after the order confirmation; or you have not provided us sufficient or precise instructions for delivery, under the circumstances of not affecting any rights or indemnity and at our discretion, we may:
    a)Keep the related products until the actual delivery date, and charge you a reasonable storage fee (including any insurance fee incurred); or
    b)Cancel your order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the products; or
    c)Dispose of the unclaimed product in any way without any obligation or liability to you.

    6)Excluded items:
    a)Dismantling of water pipe, gas pipe or electric wire
    b)Move or dismantle anything in customer's residence
    c)Products too large to be moved into / out from customer's residence

    7)Delivery is from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00. (No installation on SUN and P.H.), Schedule of Delivery as below:
    a)Hong Kong Island: Every Mon / Wed / Fri
    b)East Kowloon: Every Mon / Wed / Fri
    c)West Kowloon: Every Tue / Thu / Sat
    d)New Territories: Every Tue / Thu / Sat
    e)Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay: Every Sat
    *There is no designated time.
    *There is no delivery to Islands district and restricted areas.

  • Installation Service:

    1) If the products need to be installed, customer need to make the installation request during making the appointment for delivery.

    Installation time: Mon to Sat: 11:00 – 1900 (No installation on SUN and P.H.), Schedule of Delivery as below:

    b. Ma Wan: Every Sat
    c. Discovery Bay: Every Thu & Sat
    d. Tung Chung: Every Mon / Thu / Sat

    3) Charge Details:

    a. Door Change (On site): HK$380/time (If customer want to change back to the original design after door change, customers need to pay $380 for labor and accessories (A separate quotation) to the engineer.)
    b. Door Dismantle of new/old Refrigerator (On site): HK$200/time
    c. Additional Site measurement: HK$110/time
    d. Free site measurement for Side-By-Side Refrigerator, and Refrigerator model: RB33K, RN40H, RH60H, RF50M, RN40M, every customer can enjoy the above mentioned free site measurement ONCE ONLY, if an additional site measurement is requested, customer need to pay $110 to the engineer.

    4) Extra installation charge for all washing machine models: (incl. labor & material cost, not accept customer’s own accessories as for installation requested standard)
    Only for Side-By-Side Refrigerator (Ice maker/water dispenser) (Model: RS61681GDSR):
    a. Bib-cock ball valve DN15: HK$150/each
    b. Original inlet hose pipe with additional 15 feet hose: HK$400
    c. Tee hose pipe and hose split under sink (for in or out of water): $150
    d. Drilling cabinet holes: HK$100/each
    e. Drilling Ordinary brick / Concrete wall holes: HK$200/each
    f. Connect or disconnect wire through electrical supply wall outlet: Free (This service will be carried out during refrigerator/washing machine's installation, customer need to notify us during making the appointment for delivery and installation. If customer does not notify us during making the appointment for delivery and installation, or the product does not provide installation service, there will be no "connect or disconnect wire through electrical supply wall outlet" service provide.)

  • Terms of Warranty & Defective Products Replacement:
    1) If the product requires installation service, please wait for the original factory staff to perform it. (If you unpack the box by yourself, there is no replacement for the defective products)

    2) 7-day replacement guarantee: the company can guarantee replacement if the product is found to be malfunctioning or fails to operate normally within 7 days of delivery, and it is verified by the agent’s technicians. The replacement product must be returned together with the complete package, accessories, manual and the unfilled warranty card.

    3) The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products with human damage, scratches and liquid damage.

    4) The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products that have been repaired.

    5) The replacement criteria for TV / screen dead or bright spots are more than 5 points, and must be verified by the agent's technicians.

    6) The serial number of the product and the receipt must be the same if customer want to enjoy the warranty or replacement service.

    7) The warranty is provided by Samsung Hong Kong, please keep the receipt.

    8) The company reserves all rights.

  • Removal Service Terms and Conditions:

    1) Applicable conditions: Customers who purchase regulated electrical appliances, including air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators, as specified in the Producer Eco-Responsibility Ordinance, can request free removal service for the same type and quantity of used electrical appliances (only applicable to the same type of regulated electrical appliances*Note 1).

    2) Location: Any premises in Hong Kong.

    3) When to make request:
    a. When a customer signs the Record of Choice of Removal Service; or
    b. Customers can request removal service by calling us within 3 days after the transaction. Late request will be deemed as no requests for the removal service.

    4) Timing of the removal service:
    a. Under normal circumstances, 3 working days are required for arranging the removal service.
    b. The old items at the customers’ designated locations will be removed on the date specified by the customers.
    c. No removal service is available on Sundays and public holidays.

    5) Remarks:
    a. The removal service may be different from the delivery and installation service. The old items pending removal can be removed in advance or placed temporarily at the premises for collection later as appropriate. Customers can contact us for arrangement.
    b. The old items will not be returned once collected.
    c. The old items must stand-alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles.
    d. If the old items have serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.), our staff will have the right not to remove such items, and there will be no more free removal service for the customers.
    e. Customers shall give no less than 3 working days' notice in respect of any request for change of delivery time, date and/or place.
    f. In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled.
    g. The company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors.
    h. All personal data are for the purpose of arranging removal service for the old items only and the company shall comply fully with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
    i. In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be final.

    Note 1
    Air conditioners - including single package type and split type air conditioners, air-cooled or air heated (or both), with a
    rated cooling capacity not exceeding 7.5 kilowatts (3HP).
    Washing machines - with a rated washing capacity not exceeding 10 kg.
    Refrigerators - with a total storage volume not exceeding 500 liters.
    Televisions - the size of its display screen not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally)
    Computers - generally including personal computer, desktop computer, tablet computer, laptop computer and
    notebook computer.
    Printers - not exceeding 30 kg in weight; one that can be used as a photocopier, facsimile transmitter or scanner
    is nevertheless regarded as a printer.
    Scanners - not exceeding 30 kg.
    Monitors - not having the function of storing electronic data or computing, the size of the display screen is not
    smaller than 5.5 inches (measured diagonally) but not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally).
