  • This voucher can only be used for spending at city’super, LOG-ON, and cookedDeli (public cashier) stores in Hong Kong on or before the expiry date.
  • Terms & Conditions on voucher will be applied.
  • This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.
  • This voucher cannot be used to purchase city’super Gift Card or Shopping Voucher, or used to top up Super eCard.
  • This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with city’super Private Label Card or CODE Card.
  • The original voucher must be presented before payment. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
  • The total value of this voucher will be deducted in full when used and any unused balance will be forfeited.
  • Damaged or photocopied voucher will not be accepted.
  • City Super Limited will not be liable for the loss, theft, damage and misuse of any issued shopping voucher. The voucher holder shall be solely responsible for all liabilities.
  • This voucher will be valid for 6 months from redemption date. Please see the actual valid date printed on the Cash Voucher.

  • You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
  • Either the member or the member’s representative must be present to receive the awards at the agreed date and time.  The member or representative is required to sign an acknowledgement slip upon receipt of awards.
  • Award includes a one-off delivery within specific area (excluding PO Box addresses, outlying islands and restricted areas). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations.
  • Members must provide a valid contact phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information or the member not being present at the agreed delivery time, Service/Product provider will charge the member a re-delivery fee.
  • The consignee is required to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination.
  • After the shipment of a package, the member has 60 days to place a claim with the Service/Product Provider or Delivery House if they do not receive their item. Following this claim, an investigation will be made and a new product will be sent after the investigation is completed. After the 60 days have elapsed, the member will no longer be able to place a claim for a lost item.
