  • Either the member or the member’s representative must be present to receive the awards at the agreed date and time.  The member or representative is required to sign an acknowledgement slip upon receipt of awards.

  • Members must provide a valid contact phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information or the member not being present at the agreed delivery time, Service/Product provider will charge the member a re-delivery fee.
  • The consignee is required to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination.
  • After the shipment of a package, the member has 60 days to place a claim with the Service/Product Provider or Delivery House if they do not receive their item. Following this claim, an investigation will be made and a new product will be sent after the investigation is completed. After the 60 days have elapsed, the member will no longer be able to place a claim for a lost item.

Samsung Delivery, Pre-sales site visit & Installation Schedule of districts:
1) If the customer has placed an order, the company will contact the customer within 3 working days to make an appointment for delivery.

2) If the products need to be installed, customer need to make the installation request during making the appointment for delivery.

3) Delivery and Pre-sales site service hour: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mon to Sat), no delivery on Sun and public holiday. (There is no designated time)
The pre-site service must provide the customer information and model number two working days before.
Schedule of Delivery as below:
a. All districts (except Ma Wan/ Discovery Bay/ Tung Chung and outlying islands): Every Monday to Saturday
b. Ma Wan: Every Saturday

5) Side-By-Side / Multi-door REF extra service and charge:
a. Extra Delivery Service and Charge: (The cash surcharge will be collected on-site by the delivery team)

i. Stairs Charge:
Every 12 steps charge 1 floor (min. 1 floor, for example 15 steps, delivery team will charge 2 floor)

if there are over 4 steps before entering into your premises (i.e. stairs between ground floor and lift lobby, stairs at the street where must be passed through, etc), every 12 steps charge 1 floor. (min. 1 floor, for example 5 steps, 1 floor will be charged)
If there are over 100 steps, quotation will be offered separately.
If the stairs are circle ladder within the flat, stair charge as above will further add 50%.
Standard stairs surcharge is only applicable for original packing delivery. Separate quotation will be offered for products which needs unpacking to enter premises.
Products will only be unpacked for delivery if customers sign a Disclaimer agreeing to be responsible themselves for any subsequent damages to the unpacked goods. After unpacked, customer need to check the product outlook and sign delivery note as receive confirmation before further move.

ii. Path Charge:
If there is small path before accessing delivery address from car park by walk, customer should pay Path Charge for every HK$50/ 50M after 50M. This Charge will be collected on-site by the delivery team.
For example: If < 50 meters = HK$0, > 50meters but < 100meters = HK$50, > 100M but <150M = HK$100,etc.

iii. Upgrade Disposal Charge and it’s arrangement:
If there is same day delivery and disposal request, Dealer have to remark the request at the time of ordering. Disposal service does not include dismantling old product. Please make sure to inform customer to remove any old machine electrical supply, water supply hose and drain hose BEFORE the delivery. Delivery team will not move or dismantle anything in customer's premises. Without the above conditions, disposal service will NOT be carried out at the time of delivery.

Services item: Collection of old machine (Together with new product delivery)
Charges: HK$150 / unit (If SBS REF needs to disassemble the water machine, an additional disassembly fee of $300 will be charged)

If there is lift up or down stairs/ small path during return way, surcharge will be collected as the newly purchased one.

b. Basic Installation / Door Change / Door Dismantle / Pre-sale site visit Labor Charges:
i. Door Change (Onsite): HK$380/time

Customer has to ensure enough space for onsite door change request
REF has been door changed before but want to change back again to original design, customer need to pay labor cost HK$380 & extra parts cost

ii. Door Dismantle of new or old REF (Onsite)

iii. Site Measurement: Free (1st), HK$110 (2nd)

i. Socket Wires connection: Free

Remark: The refrigerator/washing machine socket wires connection service will be installed at the same time, and the customer needs to notify need socket wires connection service when purchasing. If the customer has not notified to make socket wires connection service when purchasing, or the product only has delivery service, socket wires connection service will not make other arrangements.

*This additional charge will be collected on-site by the installation team. (Paid in cash onsite).

6) Other Conditions:

a. If there should be Stairs/Path/Disposal Charge in actual but not mentioned in delivery order, delivery team will quote based on actual circumstances. Customer shall pay those Stairs/Path/Disposal Charge in cash to the delivery team.

b. Customer has to ensure that the new or original appliances can be moved in or out the requested place. If door dismantle is needed (e.g. kitchen doors, main door), customer needs to dismantle it by themselves. Delivery team will not move or dismantle anything in customer's premises.

c. Delivery service will be suspended when a typhoon signal No.8 or above/ black rainstorm signal is hoisted. If the signal is cancelled, the delivery service will be rescheduled by contacting customer again.

d. Delivery will be tried very best to be arranged on the requested delivery date. However, it is not an element of the contract. Under no circumstances, Samsung Electronics H.K. Company, Ltd. are not liable for any lost or damage to Customer due to change/delay of delivery date.

e. Any amendments of order (i.e. delivery date, delivery time session or adding items, etc.), please inform at least 4 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays) before the prior agreed delivery date.

f. We shall be deemed to have properly performed all obligations under the Contract upon delivery, and the Products delivered shall be deemed to be correct and of satisfactory quality.

g. Samsung Electronics H.K. Company, Ltd. reserves the right to amend any of the terms of delivery and installation. In case of dispute, the decision of Samsung Electronics H.K. Company, Ltd. shall be final.

h. If you are unable to collect your products within 30 days after the order confirmation; or you have not provided us sufficient or precise instructions for delivery, under the circumstances of not affecting any rights or indemnity and at our discretion, we may:
Keep the related products until the actual delivery date, and charge you a reasonable storage fee (including any insurance fee incurred); or
Cancel your order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the products; or
Dispose of the unclaimed product in any way without any obligation or liability to you.

  • Terms of Warranty & Defective Products Replacement:
    1) If the product requires installation service, please wait for the original factory staff to perform it. (If you unpack the box by yourself, there is no replacement for the defective products)

    2) 7-day replacement guarantee: the company can guarantee replacement if the product is found to be malfunctioning or fails to operate normally within 7 days of delivery, and it is verified by the agent’s technicians. The replacement product must be returned together with the complete package, accessories, manual and the unfilled warranty card.

    3) The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products with human damage, scratches and liquid damage.

    4) The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products that have been repaired.

    5) The replacement criteria for TV / screen dead or bright spots are more than 5 points, and must be verified by the agent's technicians.

    6) The serial number of the product and the receipt must be the same if customer want to enjoy the warranty or replacement service.

    7) The warranty is provided by Samsung Hong Kong, please keep the receipt.

    8) The company reserves all rights.

  • Removal Service Terms and Conditions:

    1) Applicable conditions: Customers who purchase regulated electrical appliances, including air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators, as specified in the Producer Eco-Responsibility Ordinance, can request free removal service for the same type and quantity of used electrical appliances (only applicable to the same type of regulated electrical appliances*Note 1).

    2) Location: Any premises in Hong Kong.

    3) When to make request:
    a. When a customer signs the Record of Choice of Removal Service; or
    b. Customers can request removal service by calling us within 3 days after the transaction. Late request will be deemed as no requests for the removal service.

    4) Timing of the removal service:
    a. Under normal circumstances, 3 working days are required for arranging the removal service.
    b. The old items at the customers’ designated locations will be removed on the date specified by the customers.
    c. No removal service is available on Sundays and public holidays.

    5) Remarks:
    a. The removal service may be different from the delivery and installation service. The old items pending removal can be removed in advance or placed temporarily at the premises for collection later as appropriate. Customers can contact us for arrangement.
    b. The old items will not be returned once collected.
    c. The old items must stand-alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles.
    d. If the old items have serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.), our staff will have the right not to remove such items, and there will be no more free removal service for the customers.
    e. Customers shall give no less than 3 working days' notice in respect of any request for change of delivery time, date and/or place.
    f. In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled.
    g. The company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors.
    h. All personal data are for the purpose of arranging removal service for the old items only and the company shall comply fully with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
    i. In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be final.

    Note 1
    Air conditioners - including single package type and split type air conditioners, air-cooled or air heated (or both), with a
    rated cooling capacity not exceeding 7.5 kilowatts (3HP).
    Washing machines - with a rated washing capacity not exceeding 10 kg.
    Refrigerators - with a total storage volume not exceeding 500 liters.
    Televisions - the size of its display screen not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally)
    Computers - generally including personal computer, desktop computer, tablet computer, laptop computer and
    notebook computer.
    Printers - not exceeding 30 kg in weight; one that can be used as a photocopier, facsimile transmitter or scanner
    is nevertheless regarded as a printer.
    Scanners - not exceeding 30 kg.
    Monitors - not having the function of storing electronic data or computing, the size of the display screen is not
    smaller than 5.5 inches (measured diagonally) but not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally).
