Overview

Explore the coffee world beyond the local cafes. Each month you will receive a pack of freshly roasted coffee beans of different origins to brew and taste in the comfort of your own home. Discover your favourite coffee among our rare picks!

 

Can’t tell what your favourite roast level is? Here’s your chance to readily taste them all, and get to know your palate. To kick off the experience, you will first receive 3 packs of the same coffee beans in light, medium and dark roast. Brew and taste at home to discover which flavours you enjoy the most.


Once you have your favourite roast level, the tasting journey begins! Every month, you will receive a bag of Arabica coffee beans from different parts of the world, locally roasted to your preferred level. Your coffee will be delivered to your door along with tasting notes. Over 3 months, you will be able to taste different coffees from varied origins. You may receive a micro lot coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala or single origin coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, or even coffee from many other origins ranging from Tanzania to Java, and from Brazil to Papua New Guinea.

 

By the end of this experience, you will have gone through a coffee tasting journey and you will be able to confidently identify your coffee preferences, be it nutty or fruity flavours, light or dark roast!

  • Experience Location: The coffee beans will be delivered to the address you provide with
  • Availability and Duration: 3 Months - Your coffee will be delivered on Wednesdays. To start your experience on a designated Wednesday, please book your subscription 3 working days in advance
  • Language: Chinese or English
  • How to prepare: A coffee grinder is needed to grind the beans before making coffee. If you don’t have one, it can be ordered together with your subscription
  • Suitability: This experience does not provide a decaf option. You are not suitable for this experience if you have caffeine intolerance.

  • This experience includes three 40g bags of the same coffee at different roast levels and a 200g bag of coffee every 4 weeks, at your desired roast level
  • Each coffee pack includes tasting notes & descriptions
  • Delivery on Wednesdays
  • Participant can inform Experience Partner about their preference within the 2 weeks window. Experience Partner will send out the Roaster’s Choice by default if no preference has been sent from the participant

Q: Can I choose the method of delivery?

A: You can choose from SF Express or Surface Parcel.


Q: Is there a decaf option?

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide a decaf option.


Q: Do I need to pay the postage fees?

A: No. We will take care of the postage fee!


Q: How many cups of coffee can be brewed with each pack of beans?

A: With 200g of coffee beans, you can brew 6-8 cups of coffee.


Q: What is the Experience timeline?

A: You will receive a total of 4 deliveries. In the first delivery, you will receive 3 bags of coffee beans of different roasting levels (40g each bag, seasonal types of beans). After you taste them all, tell us your roasting level preference. In each of the following 3 deliveries, 200g of your preferred beans will be delivered every 4 weeks!


Q: Which week of the month will I receive coffee beans?

A: On the first week, you will receive 3 packs of 40g beans of different roast levels for tasting. On week 3, 5 and 9, you will receive 1 pack of 200g beans of the roast level of your choice. You will receive every time a new type of coffee beans.


Q: Are the beans shelved for a long time after roasting?

A: No. To ensure the quality of the coffee you brew, coffee beans are freshly roasted every week.

  • A confirmation email and an e-voucher email which contains the award reference number and the URL (which directs to a register form for making reservation) will be sent to your email after the redemption has been completed.
  • If you do not receive the e-voucher email after redeeming the award, please visit www.lifestyle.asiamiles.com, log in to your Asia Miles account, click “Your Orders”, select your redemption order and click “Re-issue e-voucher”.
  • You need to make reservation with the URL which embed in e-voucher (will connect to a register form to enter booking request with date, time and Asia Miles redemption reference number). After submitting the booking request, an email of confirmation and experience voucher will be sent to your email boxes from Spoilt Limited or service / product provider. Spoilt Limited or service / product provider will arrange delivery on a designated date and time.
  • Award item(s) must be collected within the award collection period or they will be forfeited.
  • Please note that the e-voucher code (URL) is sensitive information required for award collection, DO NOT disclose this information to a third party unless you are authorising award collection on your behalf.
  • Membership card must be presented upon collection of award item(s) for verification purpose. For award collection by non-members, please bring the non-member’s ID/passport and a photocopy of the member’s membership card.
  • For security reasons, please ensure the URL is clear and legible. Service/Product provider has the final right to reject the e-voucher if the URL is defaced or damaged.
  • The URL can be used once only.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged e-voucher will not be re-issued or replaced. The e-voucher is the sole responsibility of the bearer. Asia Miles Limited and the Service/Product provider assume no responsibility whatsoever for loss, damage, theft or expiration.
  • The right to use an e-voucher is personal to the original recipient and is not transferrable. E-voucher may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, or stored in a data retrieval system.  E-voucher distributed or circulated are not valid for use and may be refused or cancelled.  Asia Miles Limited and the Service/Product provider assume no responsibility whatsoever for misuse of e-voucher.
