  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. Your award (s) will be delivered to your designated address after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Delivery date is between 30 June 2021 and 7 July 2021. Normal courier lead-time of awards for Hong Kong is around 3 days and up to 1 week outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will vary.
  3. Members are required to sign an acknowledgement slip upon receipt of redemption letter(s).
  4. In the event that members do not receive tickets 7th day before the redeemed performance date, they can contact events@asiamiles.com.
  5. Members who have successfully redeemed tickets with separate accounts but wish to sit together, please send the respective membership number, package code and reference number to events@asiamiles.com within the redemption period for arrangement. However, due to limited seats, it cannot be guaranteed.

  1. Each Ticket admits one person only and Concert is only suitable for age 3 or above. A valid Ticket must be provided for admission to the Concert. A Ticket is invalid if any damage, alteration or copy is made. No Tickets will be re-issued under any circumstances.
  2. Either the member or the member’s representative must be present to receive the tickets at the agreed date and time. The member or representative is required to sign an acknowledgement slip upon receipt of tickets.
  3. Redemption includes a one-off delivery within the designated areas (excluding PO Box addresses, outlying islands and restricted areas in Hong Kong). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations.
  4. Members must provide a valid contact phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. If the delivery is unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information such as phone number and address, or if the member fails to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the tickets, Asia Miles Limited will charge the member USD50 or 5,000 Asia Miles for an additional delivery.
  5. Once the tickets are successfully delivered, the tickets are the sole responsibility of the bearer. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired tickets will not be re-issued or replaced; Asia Miles Limited also assumes no responsibility for the denied entry or losing the right to attend the concert.
  6. Redemption of tickets is subject to availability.
  7. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
  8. In the event that members do not receive tickets 7th day before the redeemed performance date, they can contact events@asiamiles.com.
  9. Members should not disclose any ticket information or photo copy of the ticket for a third party to avoid unauthorised use.
  10. If AML believes that a member commits misconduct, fraud, misuse of tickets or knowingly benefits from the fraud or misconduct of individual, Asia Miles and the organizer reserve the right to cancel the tickets and report to the police.
  11. Audience members should scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code or register their names contact number and date and time of the visit before entering the venue.
  12. Audience members must follow the government’s latest epidemic prevention measures and the venue’s house rules during admission and the show. Anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the miles would not be refunded.
  13. Audience members must wear their own mask to fully cover their nose, mouth and chin throughout their stay at the venue and must go through temperature screening upon entering the venue. Those with fever (subject to the venue's stipulation), respiratory symptoms or sudden loss of taste/ smell should refrain from using the venue facilities and seek medical assistance immediately.
  14. Audience members should observe hand hygiene (i.e. wash hands with liquid soap and water properly, or clean hands by rubbing with 70-80% alcohol-based handrub when hands are not visibly soiled).
  15. Audience members should avoid sharing items and maintain appropriate social distance in common areas.
  16. No eating and drinking in the Arena.
  17. In case of any dispute, the decision of Asia Miles Limited and event organizer is final.
